Care and Feeding
Handle turquoise as you would any fine jewelry. Turquoise will darken in time because of the natural oils in your skin. That's part of its charm. Try not to bathe in your jewelry and keep soaps and lotions away from it. To stop silver from tarnishing, keep it in a plastic bag. If there is some tarnish, rub the silver with a jeweler's chamois cloth or silver cleaner. Try not to get the silver cleaner on the stones.
Treat inlay jewelry with care. Bending inlay bracelets can cause the stones to fall out. We cannot take any responsibility for stones falling out.
When tightening or loosening an adjustable bracelet, hold the stones in place, against the palm of your hand and gently open or close the ends. Do not attempt to adjust a bracelet that is marked on this website as "not adjustable."
